Following a recent (and brilliant) visit to Barcelona, I decided to design a basic 'touristy' map of the city.  I had some fun doing the spot illustrations and tried a bit of digital / traditional collage. I love paper cut!

Today I finally got round to making these two sketch books. My sister gave me the beautiful bird paper as a christmas pressie, thanks Kate!

A children's information package about Mt Everest.  (Its a collapsible mountain in a box!)  This was quite a  challenge to illustrate!

Ok, so I might be feeling slightly festive! 

I'm not sure if this blog really needs another cat... but here's one anyway! I've been mixing traditional print processes with pencil crayon. Its so nice to draw just for fun.

Here's a sneaky peek at three of the final artworks from my dummy book...  It's the story of 'Angry Arthur', written by Hiawyn Oram. (The idea being that the storm literally builds up  inside of Arthur!)
